Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
It depends on what you ordered:
- Jewelry — ready to ship within 2 days. Once it leaves our hands, expect it at your door in 3–5 business days.
- Notebooks & Journals — printed to order through our production partner and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
- Botanical Artwork & Cyanotype Sun Prints — each piece is made to order. We take about 5 days to handcraft your piece, then 3 days for delivery — so plan for roughly 8 days from order to doorstep.
- Bridal Bouquet Preservation — these are deeply handcrafted and take 6–8 weeks from the time we receive your flowers. Worth every day of the wait, we promise.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. If you’re outside the US and really want a piece, reach out to us at flowersatwall@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us and we’ll sort it out.
Bridal Bouquet Preservation
When should I book?
As early as possible — ideally a few weeks before your wedding. We take on a limited number of bouquet preservations at a time to make sure every piece gets the attention it deserves. Don’t wait until after the wedding to reach out.
How do I send my bouquet to you?
After you book, we’ll email you with step-by-step packing instructions. The key is to keep the flowers as fresh as possible before shipping — and to send them right after the wedding, within 2–3 days at most. We’ll walk you through the whole process.
Can I drop off my flowers in person?
Yes! If you’re local, you’re welcome to drop off your bouquet directly. Reach out to us at flowersatwall@gmail.com to arrange it.
What if my flowers are already dried?
No problem at all — we actually have a listing specifically for already-dried flowers. Whether your bouquet dried naturally at home, or it’s been sitting in a box for years, we can still work with it and turn it into something beautiful. Check out our Already Dried Flowers Preservation listing, or contact us and we’ll figure out the best approach together.
What sizes do you offer for preservation?
We offer several sizes and styles — from 5x7 single-flower shadow boxes all the way up to 18x24 statement frames. Browse our Bridal Bouquet collection to see all the options, or reach out if you want a custom size.
Do you work with flowers other than wedding bouquets?
Absolutely. We’ve preserved memorial flowers, prom corsages, anniversary bouquets, and flowers from special occasions of all kinds. If the flowers matter to you, they matter to us. Just get in touch.
Jewelry
Will the jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is made with tarnish-resistant stainless steel and gold-plated stainless steel chains — designed to hold up beautifully with daily wear. To keep them looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals.
Are the flowers real?
Yes — every single piece of jewelry contains real pressed and preserved flowers. No fakes, no artificial botanicals. What you see inside the resin is exactly what it looks like: a real flower, preserved forever.
Will my necklace look exactly like the photo?
Because each piece is made by hand with real flowers, there will be natural variations in color, petal placement, and detail from piece to piece. That’s not a flaw — it’s what makes each one genuinely one-of-a-kind. You’ll receive something that looks beautifully similar to the photo, but uniquely yours.
Custom Orders
Do you do custom pieces?
Yes — custom work is one of our favorite things to do. Whether you have a specific flower in mind, a color palette, a size request, or an idea you can’t quite put into words yet, we’d love to hear it. Reach out at flowersatwall@gmail.com and let’s make something together.
Can I request a specific flower for a jewelry piece or artwork?
In many cases, yes. Get in touch and tell us what you’re thinking — we’ll let you know if it’s something we can work with and go from there.
General
How do I care for my botanical artwork or cyanotype print?
Keep your piece out of direct sunlight to preserve the colors over time. Framed pieces behind UV-protective glass last the longest. For unframed cyanotype prints, we recommend framing them soon after receiving — it’s the best way to protect them and show them off properly.
Something arrived damaged — what do I do?
We pack everything carefully, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us at flowersatwall@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right.
I have a question that isn’t answered here.
Just reach out — we’re real people and we actually reply. Email us at flowersatwall@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
